2009
Salt softener ban takes effect
The SCV salt softener ban is enacted to protect the Santa Clara River. SCWC adapts to offer fully compliant salt-free systems for SCV homes, while continuing to offer salt-based systems where permitted.
2021
A.O. Smith dealership & Lowe’s PROvider Network
SCWC becomes an authorized A.O. Smith dealer, joining the manufacturer’s PROvider network for Lowe’s water treatment installations — adding manufacturer-backed equipment and broader retail reach to the local expertise.
